Dominion at Tatnall Square
by Aaron Nix

In the championship, the Knights were all set to suare away against the Tatnall Square Trojans. In their home gym and with the Knights being over an hour away from theirs, the Knights were up against real adversity. The tip off began and the Knights scored in less than 3 seconds flat. The game would prove to run this way for the rest of the game. Back and forth, both teams scored almost consistently. At the end of the first quarter, the Knights outscored the Trojans 12-10.

The Knights loosened a little in the second quarter, allowing Tatnall to not only tie but lead by halftime. The Knights were outscored 12-25. The score was 25-34, the Knights down 9.

In the second half the Knights fought a hard fight but it was too little too late. Junior and second leading scorer Bo Wright's shots were not connecting leaving him 0 for 10 at the end of the game. Though the Knights did end up outscoring the Trojans in the second half, it was too little, too late. The game proved to end too soon, leaving the Knights with a runner up trophy in a 51-64 loss. Not a bad trip out for the Knights whatsoever.
