12/3/07 Garden City Classic The Lady Knights basketball team started out with a disappointing loss in their first game of the Garden City Classic against West Minister Christian. The lead changed throughout the game but with 38 missed layups its very hard to win games. They bounced back in the second game with a big win against Augusta Prep, the home team in the Tournament. Their final game of the tournament ended with a disappointing loss to Mt. Vernon, ending the tournament with a 5th place finish. Lindsay Kate Hines was selected as the lady knights All-Tounament player, being the leading scorer and rebounder. |
