This past Thursday, the Knights went out to the Atlanta Girls School. In this region game, the 2-4 Knights would have their work cut out for them against an undefeated (6-0) Hurricanes team. This powerhouse not only knocked off the projected #1 team, North Cobb, they defeated them soundly with a 4-0 shutout. The Knights played a tough game but AGS proved to be a bit of a mountain, handing the Lady Knights a 6-0 loss. With this loss, the Knights are forced to be satisfied with a 4th place seed in the region. Dominion has proven to not lie down easily and will be in dire need of a victory in the next few games for morale's sake. They hope to acquire this victory in the next few games against North Cobb (4/29) and Excel Christian (5/1).
