Lady Knights Take a Loss From Atlanta Girls School

This past Tuesday, the Lady Knights played the Atlanta Girls School's Hurricanes. This game did not prove to be their best work of the season. However, these Lady Knights played hard and made this game an entertaining one. AGS's strong offense and DCHS's strong defense butted heads on several instances. The Hurricanes managed to pull 2 goals out of this battle. The Knights' less experienced offense had to take on a better-than-average Hurricane defense and it showed. The Knights remained scoreless throughout the game. The game ended at a high-intensity and both teams played their hearts out. All of the Knights' team, including the substitutions, were called on to play hard. This Lady Knights team did manage to get over 10 shots on goal. These shots just did not land. The Lady Knights ended the game with an 0-2 deficit. The Lady Knights look to shake off this loss for their next game which proves to be their most challenging of the entire season- North Cobb- on the 3rd of April.
