After that the girl’s 800m started and junior Rachel Cooper set a school record at 2:40 and secured a promising 2nd place. Soon after the guys 800m started and sophomore Zak Metz led the distance team to a 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th place finish earning the team 22 points. Many minutes later the girls 4x400m relay went out and took an early lead but the kept it resulting in a win and verifying their dominance in relays.
